A - If your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, please let us know & include pictures if necessary within 48 hours of receipt so we can take care of you. We will warranty any issues with materials or craftsmanship, but cannot cover normal wear & tear, drops, or misuse.

*Please note* 

Pens are recycled/once-fired so they sometimes have small ejection dings/dents below the shoulder. Covered by the clip, but sometimes noticeable on the lower casing.
